Updates and news Pre-Operative Care
- Do not cut your hair short before the surgery. Having at least 3cm of hair on the back of your head helps cover the wound after the surgery.
- Do not drink alcohol excessively the day before the surgery.
- There is no need to fast on the day of the surgery; you can have your usual breakfast.
- Shampoo your hair on the day of the surgery before coming to the clinic.
- Bring a hat to wear after the surgery. A loose-fitting hat is ideal.
- Dress comfortably. To avoid the transplanted hair from falling out when you change clothes after the surgery (at home), it is best to wear front-opening clothes. Tracksuits are highly recommended.
- Inform us about any personal medical conditions, allergies, and any medications you are currently taking.
- Stop taking aspirin and anti-coagulants 3 days before the surgery. There is no need to stop hair loss, blood pressure, and diabetes medication before the surgery.
- If you have any other questions, please feel free to contact the clinic at any time.
